.... It's all in how you look at juice. I am t2 diabetic and love juice, but I have to be smart about it. I drink fruit juice from a JUICER, NEVER from a bottle, and I treat it like fuel. I 'use' the juice immediately to help during cardio. I HAVE lost weight this past year thanks to juicing. Having said that, I am still inclined to buy the spirit in which this guy is speaking. To me juice HAS to be used as fuel for stamina for cardio, not as just a fun drink masquerading as healthy.
